La Agencia de Movilidad del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (Ameq) present\u00f3 la estrategia \u201cGuardianes Qrob\u00fas\u201d, un programa con el que 150 trabajadores ser\u00e1n desplegados en autobuses y estaciones del transporte p\u00fablico para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n al usuario, fomentar el orden y vigilar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El director de la Ameq, Gerardo Cuanalo Santos, explic\u00f3 que estos \u201cguardianes\u201d tendr\u00e1n funciones como garantizar el respeto a los espacios preferentes, asistir a personas adultas mayores o embarazadas, promover el orden durante los ascensos y descensos, y vigilar que los operadores no utilicen el celular al conducir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se encargar\u00e1n de prevenir actos de vandalismo, reportar da\u00f1os en la infraestructura, realizar recargas de tarjetas y orientar a los usuarios sobre las rutas y tr\u00e1mites de tarifa preferencial.
\u201cBuscamos generar m\u00e1s orden y una mejor atenci\u00f3n a los usuarios; que haya una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s directa y un transporte p\u00fablico m\u00e1s seguro y eficiente\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Cuanalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
