Esto sucedi\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de que se detectara que el proyecto no contaba con la autorizaci\u00f3n necesaria en materia de impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>Los inspectores de la PEPMADU visitaron el sitio y encontraron que el proyecto carec\u00eda de la autorizaci\u00f3n vigente expedida por la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Sustentable (SEDESU). Por lo tanto, se impuso la medida de seguridad de clausura temporal total de las actividades de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La clausura se realiz\u00f3 con base en el art\u00edculo 462, Fracci\u00f3n VI del C\u00f3digo Ambiental del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro.
