Los participantes aprendieron a evaluar, intervenir y seguir a personas con problemas de uso excesivo de tecnolog\u00edas digitales.<\/p>\n<p>El modelo cognitivo-conductual es uno de los enfoques terap\u00e9uticos con mayor respaldo cient\u00edfico para el tratamiento de las adicciones. Ayuda a las personas a identificar y modificar pensamientos, emociones y conductas que favorecen el desarrollo o mantenimiento de comportamientos adictivos.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Centro Cultural G\u00f3mez Morin y fue impartida por el psic\u00f3logo Jes\u00fas Zamora Ruiz.
