El exalcalde de Quer\u00e9taro (2003-2006), Armando Rivera Castillejos, asegur\u00f3 que el futuro pol\u00edtico de la capital y del estado \u201cva a ser naranja\u201d, en referencia al crecimiento que prev\u00e9 para Movimiento Ciudadano rumbo a 2027.
En entrevista con Foro Diamante, Rivera explic\u00f3 que tras 26 a\u00f1os de militancia dej\u00f3 el Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN) en 2023, al considerar que el modelo interno evolucion\u00f3 hacia designaciones directas. Posteriormente, particip\u00f3 en el proceso interno de Morena en 2024 mediante encuesta ciudadana, donde result\u00f3 ganador, aunque aclar\u00f3 que nunca se afili\u00f3 al partido y se retir\u00f3 tras no concretarse su candidatura.
M\u00e1s adelante, acept\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n de C\u00e9sar Cadena para conocer el proyecto de Movimiento Ciudadano, del cual destac\u00f3 su perfil socialdem\u00f3crata, la apertura a ciudadanos sin militancia previa y la vinculaci\u00f3n entre sociedad y pol\u00edtica.
Desde enero de 2026, Rivera Castillejos asumi\u00f3 la coordinaci\u00f3n municipal de Movimiento Ciudadano en Quer\u00e9taro, adem\u00e1s de desempe\u00f1arse como secretario de Vinculaci\u00f3n Empresarial del partido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
