El gobernador de Quer\u00e9taro, Mauricio Kuri Gonz\u00e1lez, expres\u00f3 su respaldo a la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum frente a cualquier amenaza de injerencia extranjera, durante la ceremonia por el 109 aniversario de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, realizada en el Teatro de la Rep\u00fablica.
En su mensaje, el mandatario estatal subray\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico es una naci\u00f3n soberana y con derecho pleno a la autodeterminaci\u00f3n, independencia y libertad de decisi\u00f3n, al tiempo que afirm\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds no admite presiones externas. \u201cM\u00e9xico no acepta dictados extranjeros ni instrucciones de nadie; doctora presidenta, no est\u00e1 sola, cuente con nosotros\u201d, expres\u00f3.
Kuri Gonz\u00e1lez tambi\u00e9n abord\u00f3 el tema de la reforma judicial, la cual a\u00fan no se ha implementado en Quer\u00e9taro, se\u00f1alando que esta debe garantizar el acceso a la justicia para todas las personas, sin distinci\u00f3n alguna. Afirm\u00f3 que es responsabilidad del Estado asegurar un sistema judicial s\u00f3lido y confiable.
En este contexto, consider\u00f3 fundamental que los cargos dentro del Poder Judicial sean ocupados por perfiles capacitados y con preparaci\u00f3n profesional, a fin de fortalecer la impartici\u00f3n de justicia y responder a las demandas sociales.
Finalmente, enfatiz\u00f3 que una reforma profunda debe incluir a pueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas, as\u00ed como a todos los sectores de la sociedad, garantizando igualdad de derechos sin importar origen, condici\u00f3n social, creencias o filiaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
