Ninety-eight families in Ezequiel Montes and Tolimán received their property deeds without paying a cent. Eric Gudiño Torres, Secretary of Government, handed over the documents to secure the legal status of their homes.
The state government, through the Legal and Advisory Directorate, regularized these urban and rural plots. To achieve this, the office coordinated with the State Registry and Cadastre Institute and the Superior Court of Justice. First instance judges processed the cases, allowing the administration to deliver the papers at no cost to the beneficiaries.
These documents confirm the legal ownership of the land. This process removes uncertainty for the residents of these two municipalities.
